ARB Subgroups¶
At any given time, there are a number of subgroups meeting to hammer out details on some topic, with the expectation of returning to the full ARB for a broader discussion. These are the subgroups meeting right now.
Cloud Center of Excellence¶
This is a standing ARB sub-group.
As we move more and more services into the cloud, how can we standardize and automate to make services more resilient and reliable, and make supporting these services easier?
CMDB Service List Foundation¶
What is needed to get a quality core of data into the CMDB, and how can we ensure that services can meet that baseline going forward?
Low Code¶
What low-code options have we used already, and which ones we want to use in the future?
Certificate Lifetimes¶
Upcoming changes to browser certificate handling will impact campus. How will we scale and automate our certificate infrastructure to handle the increased load?

Some services on campus are essential: if they’re down bad stuff happens. What support structures– technological and organizational– does OIT build around those services, and how many of those services lack some of those structures?

Enterprise Monitoring Tool Revisit¶
This project is not part of ARB, but they are keeping us abreast of their work.
How should we monitor service uptime for the various properties we’re responsible for? Recommendations will be finalized by end of January 2026.
